Katy is Cascade’s very own kinesiologist and Certified Athletic Therapist. She is both members of the BC association of Kinesiologist’s and Canadian Athletic Therapy Association. She received her Bachelors of Kinesiology right here in the Fraser Valley. Knowing that she would later study athletic therapy, Katy immersed herself in UFV’s Cascades athletic training program where she studied under UFV’s Head Athletic Therapist. assisting in travelling with the Cascades.
Itching to maximize her rehabilitation and therapy techniques, Katy entered into MRU’s renowned Athletic Therapy program competing with only 11 other post graduate students across Canada. During that time she was able to hound in on her sport- specific training and rehabilitation skills travelling across Canada with The University of Calgary’s nationally ranked Dino’s Mens basketball team. Learning in-season and off-season conditioning in a team dynamic with extra help and special thanks to Dan Vanhooren and Former NHL Calgary Flames strength and conditioning coach, Rich Hesketh; Katy is able to provide specific training for athletes who want further than just the basic therapy care.
Studying her passion for elite level therapy spanning over 8 years, Katy established her reputation by providing instrument assisted soft tissue release using Graston technique and offering tailored rehabilitation programs.
Katy believes that every-BODY has their own vehicle for personal and physical growth. Rehabilitating with Katy means client’s will elevate by learning therapeutic strategies, and adopting what it means to be at the top of their game. She is switched on to growing and achieving results so that clients can feel safe returning to sport, work and daily living activities.

Simone graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy in Manitoba. Her osteopathic-based approach to the body involves specific assessment and treatment of the musculoskeletal system. Once an assessment of the musculoskeletal dysfunction has been gained, she then utilizes various massage therapy techniques (including CranioSacral therapy) tailored to the dysfunction to treat it.

Prior to becoming a Physiotherapist, Frankie worked as a Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT) and Powerlifting Coach in the Chilliwack community over the course of 6 years, building an extensive knowledge base in the Strength & Conditioning field.

Rob completed his BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy at Coventry University (UK) in 1996 and later completed his Post-Graduate MSc in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. He began working in the National Health Service in 1996 and worked at several large Hospitals within the West Midlands region of England. The entirety of his work was within the field of musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. He eventually progressed to attain the role of Clinical Specialist and Extended Scope Physiotherapist prior to leaving the the UK.
Rob has extensive experience and knowledge in a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions. He enjoys treating individuals from all walks of life with different complaints; from Weekend Warriors to the individual who wishes simply to be able to walk their Dog. Rob has always enjoyed the interpersonal aspect of his work and enjoys working today as much as he did 25 years ago (but admits to having more wrinkles and having much less hair now)
